It is the minimum order value and includes the delivery fee. The amount is deducted from your final bill. If your order value is less than SAR 40, the minimum charge will be SAR 40.

Delivery fees vary depending on your area in Jeddah and are included within the SAR 40 paid at the time of booking.

The driver will arrive within one hour of the time you selected during booking.

Delivery is available within Jeddah based on our service coverage area. When you enter your location during booking, the system will show whether your address is covered.

Yes. You can change your pickup time through Customer Service before the scheduled pickup. Rescheduling within the last two hours before your appointment may be subject to an additional fee and depends on available time slots.

Yes. You can cancel up to two hours before the scheduled pickup time. Once your items have been collected and the service has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

We will contact you to arrange another delivery time. A new delivery fee may apply for each additional delivery attempt. Please make sure your location is accurate and your phone is available during the scheduled delivery time.

We will keep your order for up to 30 days from the scheduled delivery date. After this period, Laundry Lab is not responsible for storing the items, and they may be donated to Hifz Al Ne'mah Association in Jeddah.

No. Each customer's laundry is washed separately and is never mixed with another customer's order.

We provide laundry and ironing, dry cleaning, carpet cleaning, quilts and bedding cleaning, curtain cleaning, and shoe cleaning.

We sort items by fabric type and color and follow the care instructions on each garment. You can also let us know about any special instructions when placing your order.

We take every possible care to remove stains. However, some stains cannot be fully removed without risking damage to the fabric. In such cases, we will inform you accordingly.

Please empty all pockets and remove cash, pens, keys, jewelry, and any personal belongings before handing over your clothes.

We offer several secure payment options, including Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and secure payment links.

Gift cards are available in SAR 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500. Select the amount you want, enter the recipient's details when completing the order, and the gift card will be sent directly to them.

Gift cards do not have an expiry date and can be used as credit toward Laundry Lab services. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and send photos showing the issue. The item will be re-cleaned free of charge.
